Tower Stack Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
This policy explains how the Tower Stack game for Android ("the game") handles information. The game is made by Click-Net Systems ("we", "us").
Summary
- The game has no accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email or any other personal details.
- Your scores, gems, unlocks and settings are stored only on your device.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob collects some device data to show and measure ads, as described below.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your scores, statistics, gems, unlocked themes and backgrounds, and your sound, music and vibration settings on your device. We do not receive this information. If Android backup is turned on, Android may include these game settings in your device backup to your Google account, under Google's control.
Personal Photo backdrop. If you choose a photo as a background, the game copies it into the game's private storage on your device. The photo is never uploaded, shared or included in device backups, and the game cannot see your other photos. Choosing a different photo, or uninstalling the game, deletes the copy.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads using Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos and full-screen ads between games. The AdMob software in the game may collect and share the following with Google:
- Device or other identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID
- Approximate location, worked out from your IP address (the game does not use GPS or request location permission)
- Ad interactions, such as when an ad is shown, tapped or closed, and whether a rewarded video was completed
- Diagnostics, such as crash logs, error data, ad load times, device model and Android version
Google uses this information to show ads, to personalize ads (where you allow it), to measure ad performance, and to prevent fraud and abuse. This data is sent over an encrypted connection. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from apps that use its services
- How Google uses advertising data
Your choices
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland). When you first open the game, you are asked whether to allow personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy button on the main menu.
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
- Ads without personalization. If you turn off ad personalization, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
- Deleting your data. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in Android settings, deletes all game data on your device. Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, we have no data to delete on our side. For data held by Google, use your Google My Ad Center settings or contact Google.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact us.
Permissions the game uses
- Internet and network state: to load ads.
- Vibrate: for optional haptic feedback.
- Advertising ID: used by AdMob as described above.
The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location or files. Choosing a Personal Photo opens Android's system file picker, which only gives the game the one image you select.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if the game adds new features. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
